Whether you are relocating from Delaware, live in LoDo or on vacation in Denmark, you can sign all contracts and documents on your smart phone or tablet with the simple click of your mouse!

Urban Luxe assigns a full time transaction manager to work along side each Realtor to follow up with daily communications and correspondence with mortgage representatives, title companies, attorneys and all related parties to make sure every detail is accounted for and the transaction gets completed correctly and on time.
All Realtors ® are real estate agents,but not all real estate agents are Realtors ®.
Urban Luxe only hires Brokers with a advanced degree and a Realtor ® designation. This means our Brokers are not just educated, seasoned and savvy, but they also have successfully completed additional course work from National Association of Realtors (NAR) and adhere to a more stringent guideline of professional standards and ethics of those imposed by Colorado State Law.

We don’t just hire anyone. Urban Luxe only employs full time Brokers who have been selling Denver real estate for at least 5 years and have minimum annual gross sales of $7M or greater.
Our Brokers have market knowledge, professional savvy, and an aptitude for technology. They have a finger on the pulse of Denver real estate and have chosen this as their full-time career. Our Brokers don’t just “sell on the side.”
Urban Luxe employs a tireless support team of extremely talented and award winning copywriters, art directors, graphic designers, marketing experts, IT gurus, professional photographers, interior designers and transaction managers to manage different parts of each transaction.
Instead of asking our Brokers to be a ‘jack of all trades’, we hire experts to take the technology, graphic design, marketing and the organizational burden off our Brokers so they can be a master of one, YOU!
Urban Luxe is a Mac driven office.
We use iPads and iPhones so our team can work anywhere, at anytime. We embrace Facetime, mobile videoconferences, and iBooks and to organize and present tours of homes for review. We utilize CTM online contract software for electronic signatures and archival storage, have a cloud-based redundant file storage, we use IM, Text, Google Drive, Skype, Mobile Receipt, DropBox, …essentially running our entire office on digital jet fuel.
