Buying or selling a home can be an emotional roller coaster, and it is my job to make it as smooth and fun of a ride as possible. My job is to serve the needs and wishes of my clients, and the only way I know how to do that is with hard work, dedication, ethics, and respect. Put simply, passion and a desire to help others. Whatever you do, you must with passion. My passion is helping people. I love to see the joy and sense of accomplishment when people buy their first home or when they buy and sell to start a new chapter in their lives. I have been lucky enough to experience both of those feelings in my own life. I know how important these moments are, and how big these decisions can feel. To help people find that sense of place, the home where they’ll create cherished memories or raise their families is something I view as sacred, and I can’t imagine any other job I would rather have. Prior to becoming a Real Estate Agent, I worked in the advertising world for over 13 years. I worked on everything from beer to diapers, and I know how to market a product to make it sell. Negotiating deals, working under tight deadlines, and dealing with demanding requests, like driving all the way to the airport at 6:00 at night to drop off a FedEx box, is all in a day’s work, both in advertising and real estate. I love the fast paced, high-pressure environment. I enjoyed my career in advertising, but real estate is my true calling, and I am so happy to have finally answered the call.

#3. If You Could Pin It Down To Just One Thing, What Is The One Most Important Thing You Have Learned About Real Estate?

Buying or selling a home can be an emotional roller coaster, and it is my job to make it as smooth and fun of a ride as possible. My job is to serve the needs and wishes of my clients, and the only way I know how to do that is with hard work, dedication, ethics, and respect.

#4. Odd Job:

Growing up in Georgia, I competed in statewide gymnastics competitions. In high school, I was hired to become one of the head coaches. With this position, I was able to help each of the younger girls realize her potential and to get what she wanted out of gymnastics. I taught the younger toddler kids (3-4 year olds), as well as the competitive gymnasts. On the weekends, I would travel the state, attending gymnastics competitions. It was so much fun watching the girls reach their goals, stand on the podium, and get medals around their necks just like they had dreamt of doing.

#5. When I’m Not Working:

Before I got into Real Estate, I spent a lot of my free time driving around the neighborhoods looking for open houses. Now that I am in Real Estate, I still drive around looking for open houses! What can I say? I absolutely love it! I love seeing what’s out there, the architecture of the home, how it’s decorated, and who’s attracted to it. I learn something new every time I enter a home.

When I am not on the prowl for a good open house, you will find me spending time with my family. I have a wonderful husband, Frankie, and two beautiful girls, Addyson and Bella. There isn’t much downtime for the Newman Family. With swimming, gymnastics, play dates, dinner dates, tennis, hiking, and camping….we’re always on the go. We live in a beautiful state, and taking full advantage of it is our idea of a good time. Well, that and a good backyard barbecue!
