Sarah is practically a Denver native having moved to the City in 1968, specifically on the 2200 block of Clermont in the Park Hill neighborhood. Not only did Sarah grow up in Denver, but also she has been privileged to see how the City has developed such an amazing amalgamation of cultural, educational, environmental, social and intellectual components. Sarah has been a Realtor since 2000, and that equates to over 16 years of participation and observance in robust markets as well as bust markets. She has experienced many facets of real estate, she is well versed in the art of negotiation, and she is thoughtful when advising clients. Sarah is a problem solver, utilizing her years in the industry as she collaborates with peers and as she works as an advocate for her clients. Sarah can think outside the box. She is deeply involved in the transaction, and great at seeing solutions. Utilizing creativity, vision, knowledge and a keen sense of understanding the design and framework of a deal. Honesty, integrity, experience, and wisdom: having Skin in The Game, knowing that the aforementioned attributes have value to both buyers and sellers as they navigate one of the most important transactions ever experienced.
Sarah has been recognized for many contributions in the community, including her tireless fundraising efforts for the schools her children attended: Stanley British Primary School and East High School. Sarah currently has joined the board of directors for the McAuliffe at Smiley Foundation. The goal of the foundation is to support McAuliffe International School in achieving its mission of creating a high-performing middle school that prepares all students for success in high school, college and life. Sarah is very honored to be a member of this important organization.
