Polo Club

Polo Club Neighborhood Highlights

The Polo Club neighborhood in the 20’s and 30’s was exactly that, a polo club! Originally established in 1920, the neighborhood was built primarily to house stables and polo grounds. By the 1970s, the land established by the Polo Club Homeowners Associating of the 1940s, was sold off piece-by-piece to develop elegant Condo’s and Custom Built homes.

Today, this neighborhood is one of the most exclusive, private and secluded in all of Denver. Large lot size, palatial homes and a gated community make The Polo Club a truly luxurious urban neighborhood.

Close to Cherry Creek and just a blink away from Downtown, the Polo Club neighborhood is a fetching place to call home.
