Uptown

Once considered City Park West, Uptown established itself unique and independent of City Park neighborhood in 1984 when it was given it’s own designation. Raved as Denver’s “Hippest” neighborhood, Uptown is a vibrant, mixed-use, 24 hour neighborhood.

Mature trees canopy the wide streets and parkways while beautiful Queen Anne, Victorians, high rises and sleek new lofts establish the neighborhood architecture.

Secured by the 17th Ave corridor, known by locals as “Restaurant Row”, and historic Colfax Ave, Uptown is one of the fastest growing retail, residential and restaurant neighborhoods in Denver.

The bustling night life, diverse residents and multiple attractions makes Uptown feel more like a big city neighborhood. However, with four separate hospitals nearby and such a tight-community, residents get sense of safety, security and wellbeing.

Uptown by foot, bike, scooter or car is a great way for anyone to explore Denver’s destination neighborhood.

“Absolutely the most vibrant and fun place to live in all of Denver. Living and working here is always exciting and love that I can walk everywhere. The food scene alone is enough to make anyone want to live here. I love the diversity of residents from young couples and families to single and older residents.
