Jane has been a Colorado resident since 2001 and can’t imagine calling any other place home. She has worked closely with many Denver startups and Colorado-based businesses to create streamlined systems, cost-effective changes, and organized growth. Her entrepreneurial spirit and vast knowledge of Colorado-specific trends have translated very well into a thriving real estate career.

Jane has enjoyed investing in real estate since the age of 23 and continues to expand her portfolio whenever the opportunity presents itself. She is a lover of music and travel and enjoys combining the two whenever she able. Jane lives in Washington Park with her Husband, daughter, and extremely spoiled Pug.

Career Highlights:

Right out of school with a baking and pastry degree and business degree in food service management I jumped into the restaurant industry. The management and organizational skills that I was able to develop during that time proved to be invaluable to me but I was left with a desire for longer lasting relationships. While exploring new career options I discovered that just like my parents I too had entrepreneurial dreams. I’m a second generation Realtor and have enjoyed brainstorming and sharing my successes with my father along the way. Without questions my greatest career highlights have been connecting with my clients in a way that allows me to help them achieve their long term goals while incorporating my service oriented personality. I truly love the life I live!

What Attributes Make a Successful Real Estate Entrepreneur?

Communication is the single most important factor in my success. Everyone has different communication needs. It’s my job to identify those needs and work towards the common goal in a manner that speaks to each individual personality involved. Keeping dialog going through the tough deals and making a personal connections with all parties involved has helped me get to the finish line when at times it’s seemed impossible. With every transaction I strive to create a stress free experience for my clients. It’s my job, it’s all I do!

When I’m Not Working:

When I’m Not Working: My husband Joel and I are entertaining friends at our new Wash Park home, gardening, bike riding, neighborhood festival finding and seeing as much live music as absolutely possible! Last but not certainly not least, our Pug, Pippin keeps us on our toes and constantly entertained with his antics.
