Stephanie Goldammer

Stephanie has helped hundreds of families and individuals find their dream home, selling more than $200 million in real estate over the past two decades.

A seasoned industry professional, Stephanie’s depth of experience includes savvy strategic advice and superior problem-solving prowess, leading to smoother transactions. Consumers’ number one complaint is that Realtors typically drop the ball when it comes to communication. Stephanie’s uncompromising follow up and follow through keep her clients fully involved and informed throughout the buying and selling experience.

For nearly 20 years, Stephanie has honed her local knowledge and skills as a Realtor, earning a reputation for her honesty, credibility and genuine interest in her client’s prosperity. Her clientele include expert investors and repeat sellers and buyers. She also finds great pleasure in educating and guiding first-time home buyers and sellers.

In a fast-paced industry, Stephanie takes the time to truly get to know clients by listening to their requirements and concerns. “The relationship has to be compatible for it all to work out,” she says. “It often happens that clients become dear friends of mine before the transaction is complete.”

Stephanie was drawn to Colorado’s mountains and moved to Denver from St. Louis in 2007. She landed in a 100-year-old West Highland home. Fun story: Her now-husband is the cousin of her best friend from childhood. Stephanie and Rick connected on a ski trip in Breckenridge the spring before she made the move to Denver. Today, Rick and Stephanie are raising their baby girl Maggie in that same West Highland home they lovingly restored from the ground up.

A Midwesterner to the core, Stephanie rounds out the family space with a border collie named Lady, a giant goofball dog named Buddy and the Goldammer’s “city chickens” Dorothy, Sophia, Blanche and Rose. She volunteers on the design and preservation committee for the West Highland Neighborhood Association and you can often find her at city council meetings saving historic homes from demolition or fighting to get a historic district passed. Baking is her favorite way to unwind and her neighbors are no strangers to her delicious experiments.

“I love spending as much time as possible exploring our spectacular mountains and traveling. But mainly, you’ll find me at home, loving life with my amazing extended family!”

Five Fun Facts

#1. Career Highlights

My first real estate job was with a Century 21 agent in Columbia, Missouri in 2001. I graduated from the University of Missouri in 2003 and, after graduation, moved to St. Louis to work as an assistant to the broker/owner for a small boutique firm. I obtained my real estate license in 2005 and my broker’s license two years later.

Craving a change of pace, I decided to move to Denver in the Fall of 2007 and started my real estate business here with RE/MAX Alliance. I enjoyed 13 wonderful years with RE/MAX, ranking among their top producers and working with first-time buyers to multi-million-dollar investors. The majority of my business is by referral and every client is special to me. I realize that each person has individual needs and concerns and I try to tailor each sale to make it as easy and smooth as possible. I truly love what I do and feel blessed to be part of this industry.

#2. What Attributes Make a Successful Real Estate Entrepreneur?

Always putting my clients’ needs above my own. Always be professional and take the high road, no matter what the situation. My clients usually end up becoming my friends. I care about them and know this is one of the biggest purchases of their lifetime. I want them to be happy in their home or achieve top dollar for their sale.

#3. What is the Most Important Thing You Have Learned About Real Estate?

Constant communication is key. I try to go above and beyond to constantly be in communication with my clients throughout the entire process.

#4. Odd job

In high school I was a teller at a local bank. My line was usually the longest because all of the “older people” loved to stand there and talk to me. And, because of that job, you will always find the cash in my wallet in numerical order with all of the corners neatly turned out. I’m a little OCD about it.

#5. When I’m Not Working

I LOVE to be outdoors! Anywhere in the mountains. Our two-year-old daughter loves to be outside and is already quite a good hiker. I am also a bit of a homebody and love to just stay home and cook gourmet meals with my husband. He’s more cook and I’m more baker. I really enjoy testing new recipes from my collection of baking cookbooks and magazines. And using fresh eggs from our city chickens!

When we can get away, I love to travel and explore new countries and cultures. My favorite place on the planet is Venice, Italy. There is something about that old sinking city that gets me every time.
