Since 1995, the development and repurpose of the Yellow Cab Depot building has been in the making by the formidable Zeppelin Development. Without the vision, RiNo might not have become the draw for such creative businesses as architects, gallery owners and designers., not to mention some pretty fabulous bars, restaurants and retail to boot!
The fastest growing area in Denver, the RiNo neighborhood is mostly an industrial mixed/use zone. The Office of Economic Development have incentivized developers and businesses offering alluring tax credits.
