Heidi Finn is a global mobility and investment migration strategist and Principal & Strategic Partner with Latitude Group, where she advises internationally minded families, entrepreneurs and investors on residency, citizenship and global mobility.

She is also the founder and owner of Urban Luxe Real Estate, the Denver real estate company she built over the past two decades. Heidi continues to maintain ownership of Urban Luxe and works with select clients and previous clients, while her primary professional focus today is her work with Latitude Group.

Heidi’s career has always lived at the intersection of place, people and possibility. She came to Denver from London in 2001 after working in international communications for NASA’s Cassini-Huygens mission and later working in private aviation. A lifelong traveler, she has lived and worked in multiple countries and traveled to more than 130 countries across all seven continents.

“I came to Denver after throwing a dart at a map. I moved here from London, leaving a job with international equity firm to handle Public Relations for NASA’s Cassini-Huygens spacecraft currently orbiting Saturn. I was doing sales for Gulfstream, a private jet manufacturer, when I decided I was sick of a 27-hour commute between Sydney and London offices—I decided to plant some roots, change my career and have been selling Denver real estate ever since!”

At Urban Luxe, Heidi built a relationship-driven real estate business focused on personalized service rather than high-volume transactions. Her experience in luxury real estate gave her a deep understanding of property, markets, negotiation and the way people make major decisions about where and how they live.

That experience continues to inform her work today. As global mobility, wealth, lifestyle and international investment increasingly intersect, Heidi brings a practical real estate perspective to her work advising clients on international residence and citizenship strategies.

Heidi’s real estate career has included appearances on HGTV’s Bang for Your Buck, House Hunters and Rescue Renovation, as well as coverage and quotes in publications including The Denver Post, 5280 Magazine, Architectural Digest, MSN, Dwell and The New York Observer.

While her primary professional focus is now global mobility and investment migration through Latitude Group, Heidi continues to own Urban Luxe Real Estate and work with select real estate clients.

Long before global mobility became the focus of her professional life, travel was already woven into it. Heidi has traveled to more than 130 countries and all seven continents, lived in five countries and holds three passports. Her curiosity about the world—and her belief that where you live can fundamentally shape how you live—has become the foundation of her work today.
