Known as one of the oldest neighborhoods in Denver, Cheesman Park boasts grand mansions that were originally developed for the city’s wealthiest of patrons.
Since then, added high rises around the park and the conversion of mansions to apartments, have helped it become a high population neighborhood with the park at the center of it all. On any given day, year round, you’ll find residents strolling through the grand marble pavilion, picnicking on the grassy knolls, playing volleyball, badminton or just plain soaking up the sun.
