Country Club

Country Club Neighborhood Highlights

Country Club Neighborhood was originally developed in conjunction with and directly adjacent to the Denver Country Club. Several prominent Denver architects of the time created a neighborhood with unique street-scape configurations and large, expansive Spanish Colonial, Mediterranean and Denver Square homes.

What makes this neighborhood truly unique is the coveted Cherry Creek Historic District. This enclave of homes from Downing to University and 1st Ave to 4th Ave is characterized by the grand Spanish Gateways opening up to broad parkway streets, 100 year Elms and meticulously manicured sprawling properties.

Because of it’s proximity to Denver Country Club, Congress Park and Cheesman Park, residents of Country Club have access to parks, swimming pools, tennis courts, athletic fields and the Denver Botanical Gardens. For shopping enjoyment, the luxurious Cherry Creek Shopping Center and Cherry Creek North boutique shopping district are directly within walking distance.
