Crestmoor

Crestmoor Neighborhood Highlights

Though planning for Crestmoor started in the 1800s, it wasn’t until the relocation of the University of Colorado School of Medicine in 1925 that the neighborhood really started to really grow.

Predominately residential, the quietude, large lot sizes and high elevation (think ‘Crest’ moor) for unobstructed Front Range views, is what makes this neighborhood so desirable.

Historic, stately mansions line the winding tree-lined streets and are mixed in with Ranch, Tudors and luxurious Custom Homes. There is also a private neighborhood pool and tennis club for the lucky few that live on selected streets.

Located about 2 miles east of the Cherry Creek shopping center and just east of the Hilltop neighborhood, Crestmoor is considered to be one of the wealthiest and most desirable areas in Denver.
