Observatory Park

Observatory Park Neighborhood Highlights

Named after the Chamberlin Observatory this small subdivision of University neighborhood has its own distinguishable characteristics that set it apart. Although in common it shares similar architecture of Denver Mods and Ranches, there are a greater number of grand estate Mansions with attached carriage houses, many of which home owners lease out.

This highly residential neighborhood shares many features of the DU (University of Denver) neighborhood like access to retail and entertainment centers but without the fervor of student life.

Proximity so close to the Ritchie Center and Newman center, residents can enjoy many of the attractions they have to offer. Or, why not walk over to Chamberlin Observatory and take a look at the stars? No matter what your preference, Observatory Park’s central location and easy access to I-25 and Light Rail stations make it an ideal neighborhood for anyone.
