Parker

Parker Neighborhood Highlights

Established in 1981, Parker is a fairly young southern suburb with leftover western-meets-prairie roots in its old town hall and 20 Mile House historic post office.

Modern commercial districts, an impressive performing arts center with a 500-seat theater and outdoor amphitheater and welcoming community events round out this vibrant growing area.

Residents enjoy hiking and biking along the Cherry Creek Trail to the nearby reservoir, along with Discovery Park’s interactive fountains in the summer and skating on the Parker Ice Trail in the winter.

Residents are attracted to the affordable subdivisions and rural outskirts while Parker’s more private prestigious neighborhoods lure celebrities with quiet country club settings and amenities spanning tennis to horseback riding.
