Stapleton

Stapleton Neighborhood Highlights

Originally home to Stapleton International Airport – decommissioned and closed in February 1995 – plans got underway to repurpose the entire old airport buildings and property.

Although a relatively young community to Denver, what makes Stapleton one of the most unique neighborhoods to live is the cumulative effect of careful planning to create sustainability or New Urbanism as its called.

Stapleton has eight distinct neighborhoods and is an integrated mix-use community with multiple retail districts and a wide range of housing types. From affordable and mid-range Family Homes, Town Homes and Condos to Semi-Custom and Urban Estates there is something here for every family. All of these neighborhoods are connected by massive open spaces, parks and beltways.

The draw? Truly, Stapleton is a live, work and play community.
