Daniel’s Park is located in South Denver approximately 10 minutes south of Highlands Ranch. The parks has a rock picnic shelter for small gatherings and a built-in stone fireplace.

Plenty of shade provided by ponderosa pines at this picnic area connected by Bear Creek and the Bear Creek Trail. Activities include horseback riding, mountain biking, hiking trails and 1.3 mile picnic loop.

Located just 40 minutes from Denver, activities include paddle boats, canoes, fishing, and parking on the west side of the lake. There is a picnic area with grills, and within walking distance to dining in town.
